Lance Ray Little's Obituary
Lance Ray Little, age 50, passed away peacefully after a long battle with Brain Cancer on June 21, 2017 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was born on June 23, 1966 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Ray and Marilyn Little and was raised in West Valley City, Utah. Lance was married to the love of his life, Karen Little on October 9, 1999 and later sealed in the Jordan River Temple on December 5, 2014 for time and all eternity.
He attended Granger High School where he really enjoyed many friendships that he still has maintained to this day. He later went on to earn his Associates Degree in Computer Aided Drafting and enjoyed working in that field for many years. Lance loves the Utah Jazz and never missed a game. The NBA draft was his favorite day of the year. He also enjoyed Chicago Cubs baseball and Chicago Bears football. He was very musically gifted and enjoyed playing the guitar and the bass. He loved Rock n’ Roll from the 70’s and 80’s era and sported the classic 80’s hairband hairstyle in the 80’s. His favorite groups were Van Halen, KISS and Metallica, among many others.
He is survived by his wife Karen Little along with many nieces and nephews who will miss their Uncle Lance dearly. He is preceded in death by his parents Ray and Marilyn Little.
His Funeral will be held Friday, June 30, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at 6592 W. Haven Maple Drive, West Jordan, UT 84081. There will be a viewing held in the same location at 10:00 a.m. Interment will take place at West Jordan City Cemetery under the care of Wiscombe Memorial.
