Lance was a classmate of our daughters when they attended Granger High and a friend long after. We affectionately remember him as "PoohBear". I don't know who exactly gave him the nickname, but it fit his laid-back, friendly and soft spoken spirit to a tea. He and his large troup of friends would come to visit our home often - and we welcomed him with open arms. Rest In Peace our big, friendly PoohBear.
Always ready to go and do what was right even in the mist of trial-some times. He is a good guy that added to every home teaching appointment he was on.
Lance was a wonderful friend back in high school. He was always joking with me and my friend Cindy. And Lance and his friends Dale Richards, Dave Smout, came to my gymnastics meets and cheered us on. I will never forget it. Lance and his buddies made high school at Granger a wonderful memory for me. Not fair that you had to leave this life at such a young age. But I know you have work to do on the other side while you wait for your beautiful Karen. I will miss you Lance, until we meet again my dear friend. I love you.
