Adam Joseph Schmith's Obituary
Adam Joseph Schmith, age 36, passed away unexpectedly on June 18, 2023, from being involved in a motorcycle accident in West Valley City, Utah. He was born October 20, 1986, at the Holy Cross Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah to Tamera Weis and Victor Schmith.
Adam was raised in Magna, Utah, and was very proud of his home town. He made so many friends during his lifetime who remain his friends today.
Adam received his Eagle Scout Badge in 2004, and graduated from Cyprus High School in 2005. Adam later attended college and earned his Bachelor of Science Degree for Project Management and Administration in December, 2015. Adam worked with Archer Mechanical as a Project Manager at the time of his passing.
Adam's most prized gifts in his life are his two beautiful children, Adrianne and Ayden Schmith. His daughter Adrianne was born November 11, 2011. Adam cherished Adrianne. She is kind, funny, and has the sweetest heart. They loved playing pool together and had amazing adventures such as riding in a pace care on one of their many daddy-daughter dates. His son Ayden was born on October 21, 2013. Adam loved that his son was born the day after his birthday. Ayden definitely is Adam's mini me, Adam's camping and four wheeling buddy for life! Adam proudly told everyone he knew about his children and bragged about their accomplishments all the time. One thing that can be said is that his love for his children never wavered.
Adam had the most contagious laugh and infectious smile. His laugh was this loud booming sound that will live on in everyone's hearts and memories forever. No one could argue that Adam was always the life of the party. But also, he was the one who would drop anything to help someone in need. Adam truly loved everyone he met.
Adam loved anything outdoors. He loved camping, riding four wheelers, and fireside parties. These events lit him up and rejuvenated his soul. Adam loved riding his motorcycle, feeling the air surround him, and the way riding made him feel like he was flying. Adam was a man who knew how to live life full throttle.
Adam met the love of his life, Tiffany Paletta, on April 20, 2018. Through every trial life could throw at them, they always found their way back to each other. They were building the life they wanted to have together forever. They loved the blended family they had and loved each other very much.
He was an amazing influence to her three children, Charles Paletta, Dakota Caldwell, and Kaylee Caldwell. Adam taught them the life lessons that only a father could teach. He loved and accepted them as his own. He also loved the two grand daughters that had their "Papa" wrapped around their little fingers.
Adam most definitely loved his mom, Tammy. She was his very best friend and wing man. The bond shared between these two is something that could never, ever be broken. He was the first of her children to hear her heartbeat before they were even born. Their bond was immense!
Adam's dad, Victor, truly enjoyed spending time with his son. Victor taught Adam all of his handy man skills. This allowed Adam to build and create amazing projects for and with all his family and friends. Adam loved his dad and talked to him daily. Victor loved to share fun pictures or things he found exciting or unique with Adam. Adam really loved that his sister Bella and brother Joey are so close in age to his own children Adrianne and Ayden. They will get to grow up together and create their own memories that will carry on Adam's legacy.
And now, where do we even begin to describe the love that Adam had for his brothers and sisters? They talked all the time whether by text or by calls. They all knew that if they needed him, he was a phone call away. Joshua, Angela, Bruce, Marianne, and Benjamin were such a large part of Adam's life and he cherished every moment he got to spend with them making millions of memories. The stories they each share with him will be forever told and cherished. The relationship Adam had with each sibling was special. No two were the same.
Adam was loved by so many friends and all them knew Adam was going to make each moment memorable. Adam couldn't go anywhere without running into somebody he knew.
Adam is survived by his father, Victor Schmith, his mother, Tamera (Tammy) Weis, his daughter Adrianne Schmith, his son Ayden Schmith, his life partner Tiffany Paletta, his brothers and sisters, Joshua Schmith (LeiAnn), Angela Schmith, Bruce Schmith (Lexie), Marianne Allen (Chance), Benjamin Schmith, Bella Schmith, and Victor Schmith II (Joey), his grandfather, Leonard Schaefer (Sharon), Tiffany's children Charles Paletta, Dakota Caldwell, and Kaylee Caldwell, and granddaughters Everleigh and Anastasia, and all of his many precious nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Adam was preceded in death by many loved ones. We believe they welcomed Adam with open arms and surrounded him with love.
