Walter Allen Fletcher, age 51, passed away on December 28, 2019 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was born on June 21, 1968 in Castro Valley, California to Harvey Leon Fletcher and Shirley May Cambra. He was preceded in death by his parents and also his brothers David and Johnny.
