Thale Fremont Ellison, age 70, passed away on February 8, 2020 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was born on September 29, 1949 in Worlnad, Wyoming to Virginia Ellison and Frank Ellison. Thale was the President of the Mid-Valley General Contractors.
