I'd like to share some comments made on my facebook page when I posted news of Mom's passing. 83 people commented on my picture of her in the hammock chair at our home in Brasilia, including childhood friends and family, colleagues from the REMC and Good Samaritan Hospital, friends of her daughters and acquaintances from all walks of life. I've selected just a few that were the most personal:

Raimundo Nilton Silva: That picture was taken in our home in Brasília -Brazil. She just loved to be there and enjoy and play with Leo-our dog. She is in my heart forever.
Kim Myers Tubbs Val she had the best laughter and such a twinkle and was always so kind to me. Loved her divine beauty. She made life fun. My heart is with you
