Russel Clyde Fowler's Obituary
Russel Clyde Fowler was born on March 31, 1944 in Ogden, Utah to Dorothy Mabel Martindale and Fredric Voyle Farmer. He passed away on April 1, 2020 in Kearns, Utah. He attended Ogden School for the Deaf. Graduated at 20 years old. Education was difficult for him, but he made it to graduation. Growing up, he never knew he had more than 1 brother until he graduated from school. To this day, he still did not know how many siblings he had. He was taken at the age of 1 year old into foster care along with his brother, Wilford. He loves to make people laugh and have a good time whenever he was free. Because of Coronavirus, there will be no funeral, no vigil, or anything. Russel did not want to have a funeral, too. Russel wanted to tell you that he really appreciated you being in his life and cherished you all. Apologies if any names were misspelled or omitted. Thank you.
Survived by brother Voyle Farmer, nephew William (Melissa) Powell, and several nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by sisters Wilma Powell and Laura Mable Farmer, brother Charles Wilford Fowler.
Arrangements are under the direction of Wiscombe Memorial.
