Rudy David Gonzales' Obituary
Rudy David Gonzales, lovingly known as "Rude Dog," passed away unexpectedly on January 15, 2025, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Born on May 21, 1966, Rudy brought joy and laughter to all who knew him throughout his 58 years of life.
Rudy was born to Rudy Samuel Gonzales and Sandra Mae Montoya. He is survived by his two sons, Lil Rudy Aragon and Michael Vasquez; his sister Marlo Durazo; his sister Crystal Lopez; and his brother David Lopez. Also brothers Steve Finn, Jason Cozza, Ryan,Jade,Rj and Cole Gonzales and Tina and Kelli Gonzales.He also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles who loved him dearly. Rudy was preceded in death by his parents, his stepfather Joey Lopez Sr., and his brothers Jay and Joey Lopez.
Known for his infectious humor and warm personality, Rudy had a gift for making people laugh with his capping skills. Boy did he have us all rolling. His artistic talent shone through in his love for drawing, where he expressed himself as a true artist. Those fortunate enough to know Rudy would agree that he had a genuine soul and a friendly nature that left a lasting impression on everyone he met.
Rudy's memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him. May the laughter he shared and the art he created continue to bring comfort to all who were touched by his life.
A celebration of life will be held at.
