I am a neighbor of Richard's. He was always so kind. He took me for rides in his golf cart and always checked up on me to see how I was doing. I know he had health issues but he kept going. I will miss him. My deepest condolences to your family. CHERI GRANT
I am beyond honored to have had the chance to spend the time that I did with Squeeze. Because of this amazing human being, I had a chance to reset my life. He took the chance on me and brought me out to the state of Utah to work with him and his team. This was a move that I will never forget and never take for granted. Squeeze was certainly like a father to me. He looked out for me, gave me a bunch of grief and laughed at me every single day. He had a sense of humor unlike any other and would not hesitate to give you the shirt off his back. My favorite part about Squeeze were his never ending stories or his off the wall one-liners. There were times I had to stop laughing and try to breath only because my stomach hurt so damn bad.
This guy was a blessing, not only to me but to every single person that he interacted with. If there were more out there like this man the world would certainly be a more genuine place. It breaks my heart to know I cannot stop by anymore and hear more words of wisdom. You are already missed, but you are a legend and your legacy will hold strong. Rest in peace Squeezer, the world will not be the same without you. And I know that you will, but tell my Mom I said hi. She will be pumped to meet you.

I'm privileged to have known Squeeze for over 30 years and to have worked with him for nearly 25 of those. Squeeze was truly one of the good guys. He was always an active supporter for the underdog and a voice for the unheard. He picked up the downtrodden, dusted them off and got them pointed in the right direction. He was a leader before the term "team leader" was in vogue. He was one of the most down-to-earth people I have ever met. It didn't matter who you were - janitor or CEO, he was always willing to help you out. I hope his family finds some solace knowing the many, many lives he positively influenced, including my own.
RIP Squeeze. While you will leave a void for many of us here on earth, there is no doubt you have made heaven a little bit better.

Richard aka Squeeze was like a second dad to me. We did a lot of stuff together. He gave me my first shot at assy and after I helped him out he promoted me to assembly and eventually I was his Lead man for years. We worked well together. He was the easiest to get along with. It sad just writing this. RIP SQUEEZE REST NOW LOVE YOU MAN
Richard is one of a kind, The world needs more people like him, He always had a smile no matter the challenge. He fought for what was right and was always fair, I am proud to say that I worked for such a great person. I will miss him.
