Patrick and I have shared many conversations over the years. Whether he was in Az Ga, or Ut. We reminisced about growing up, parenthood and losses in our lives. We shared what we wanted for our children, and the joys of our grandchildren. We shared our our fears and accomplishments. I was able to visit Patrick after his diagnosis where ever he was, and he always said how lucky he was to know Salchell had his back and would get the answers when he wasn't sure what was going on. Patrick trusted Salchell implisedly. She left her family to watch out for his best interests knowing he would not survive. My heart off to Salchell for executing her Dad's wishes.
