Nolan D Baker's Obituary
Nolan D Baker passed away peacefully on March 20, 2024, in West Jordan, Utah. He was born November 3, 1952, to Joy Cox and Leland Baker in Salt Lake City, Utah.
He was married and sealed to Debbie MacNaughtan on June 18, 2022 in the Mount Timpanogos Utah Temple.
He received his bachelor’s degree from BYU in Family and Child Development with a Minor in Spanish. He served two faithful LDS Missions, one in Bogota, Columbia, and the other for LDS Family Services Addiction Recovery. He taught Spanish throughout his life. He worked in the medical profession with disabled people. As well as juvenile delinquency. He was always trying to work with and help people.
He was a loving Uncle, a devoted Dad, and an incredibly hard worker. He always maintained a sense of humor and never complained even when things were tough. He loved his family and was welcoming to everyone.
He is survived by one brother, Neil (Judy) Baker, 6 children, and 10 grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life and Final Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, March 30, 2024, from 11:00-12:00 at an LDS Ward House, 12242 S 2700 W Riverton, Utah.
