Hermana Marta taught me how to make Guatemalan tamales and Hermano Israel taught me how to make authentic tomatillo sauce. This family is so dear to us. We have many memories going back to visiting their home in the 80's and enjoying a wonderful meal at their table. They will be forever in our heats.
