Linda Sue Salazar's Obituary
Linda Salazar age 68 passed away on June 18, 2018 at the Country Lane Assisted Living in Sandy, Utah due to natural causes.
She was born in Stockton California to James and Ruby Tankersley.
This incredible woman was one tough cookie! She was a single mother who did the absolute best she could. Linda endured many life struggles and fought until the very end. One thing that never dimmed was her spunky personality, or her ability to say what she was thinking (sometimes she had a no no filter). She had a very strong passion for hamburgers and iced coffee and she loved gangster rap. The last year of her life she was cared for by Country Lane Assisted Living where they put up with all of her shenanigans and accepted and loved her just how she was. The pain passes, but the beauty will always remain.
Survived by her daughter, Zulema Andino and her husband Antonio; Son, Santiago Salazar and his wife Sandra. Grandchildren Angel, Andres, Julian, Vanessa and Emily. Many nieces and nephews and close friends who are really family.
Proceeded in death by her husband Arturo and parents James and Ruby Tankersley.
A celebration of life will be held June 25, 2018 from 6:00 - 7:00 PM at The Gathering Place (Gardner Village) 1100 West 7800 South in Midvale, Utah 84047
