Lawonna Deane Ulibarri's Obituary
Lawonna Deane Ulibarri born 08/22/1937 to Veronica Vario and Darwin Eyre, passed away peacefully in her home on 03/29/2020. Today heaven gained a beautiful angel to watch over our family with the others that have passed before her. Grandma Ulibarri was placed on hospice Wednesday battling cancer and has been home comfortable with my dad, her son Frank (Rocky) taking care of her. Such an awful time for this to happen with the coronavirus pandemic and family not being able to be by her side and say goodbye. Thankfully my dad was able to be there and care for her and give her all of our love during her final days. She will be missed by many and although tears will be shed- we will share a lot of memories and laughter from our lifetime with her. She was a feisty lady and stood her ground and lived life on her terms. We will always cherish her and all she gave and provided for her family. She always put FAMILY FIRST and her legacy lives on. She is now at peace pain free and reunited with her parents Darwin & Veronica Eyre, husband- Johnny Ulibarri, daughter-Mona Ulibarri. Siblings: Darlene Eyre Haynes & Ronnie Eyre, and great grandson Tyson Ulibarri. She is survived by her children: Frank (Jackie) Ulibarri, Vaughn Ulibarri, and Darla Holladay. Brothers: Pat (KeLee) Eyre, Walter Eyre, and sister Elaine (Allen) Carlson. 11 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 13 great great grandchildren. Rest In Heaven until we meet again. We love you. There will be no services at this time. Cremation is being performed and a celebration of her life will be announced at a later date.
Arrangements are under the direction of Wiscombe Memorial.
