Kenna Faye Robinson's Obituary
Kenna Faye Robinson, age 64, passed away, surrounded by her daughters Karen and Gloria, on Dec. 27, 2020, at Jordan Valley Medical Center due to complications from Covid-19.
Born June 20, 1956, in Ogden, Utah to Rosey Viola Burris and Glen Hadden.
Our beautiful mother’s greatest accomplishment was her daughters, whom she loved with her whole being. Her thoughts were always about her children, grandchildren and grand “fur babies”, always asking about each of them to make sure they were all doing well. One of her God-given talents was crafting which she was exceptional at. She loved crafting almost as much as she loved her girls and it gave her such happiness to give the things she made to those she loved. She loved being in charge of teaching the other residents in the nursing home how to make various crafts. Others admired her work and often offered to pay her to make crafts for them. She was also blessed with the ability to make new friends and she loved meeting new people. Many would use the term “social butterfly” when talking about her. Kenna was happiest participating in various activities in the nursing home, singing in the choir, and playing bingo. She was known as the “Bingo Queen” because she won more often than not.
We know that our mother was greeted with open arms by loved ones as she passed from this earthly life to the here-after, namely her dear sister, Kathy Brown, whom she spoke the words “Good Morning Sis” just a few hours before departing this world. She spoke of how “bright it was here” and asked “what are you all doing here” whilst looking around the room.
Mom, go rest high on the mountain with your loved ones, and until we meet again, watch over us girls. As we navigate this world, may we always make you proud. We love you with our whole souls and we know you felt the same for us. We will hold you in our hearts until we can hold you in Heaven.
Kenna was reunited in the afterlife by her mother and father, her brother, Clifford (Pete) Hadden, and her sister, Kathy Brown.
She is survived and dearly missed by her daughters- Karen Ann Corbett (Mike Corbett), Gloria Kay Dearden (Ryan Allgood) and Rosey Dianne Warren; Her Grandchildren- Jorey Long, Cortlin Long, Kaylee Long, Marckus Ramirez (Katie Ramirez) Marche Weffer (Manny Weffer), Hunter Dearden, Mercade Burrage (David Burrage) Skylar Warren, Karson Warren , Kylee Warren and Shayla Warren; Her great-grandchildren- Brantley Long, Keatan Long, Paul Burrage, and Opie Burrage; and her siblings Carl Hadden (juliann), Chess Jacobs, Calvin Lynn Jacobs, and Kristie Moore.
A Visitation will be held Dec. 31, 2020 at 11 am, but due to covid-19, only her family will be attending. A Celebration of life will be he in June, all details will be determined closer to her birthday, June, 20.
