Alice Jean Bradshaw's Obituary
Alice Jean Bradshaw, beloved mother, sister, grandma, and friend, passed away peacefully on May 10, 2025 at the age of 90 in Sandy, Utah. Born on December 9, 1934, Alice’s life was one marked by love, resilience, and strength.
She spent her early years in Grantsdale & Hamilton, Montana, then raised her family in Glasgow, Montana. In her later years, Alice enjoyed traveling between Helena, Montana and winters in Sun City, Arizona, where she made many friends and participated in many community clubs; her favorites being Ikebana and Questers antique collecting. She also enjoyed supporting the local theater and opened her home to students traveling from all over the world to perform.
Known for her kindness, supportive nature, independence, and love of family, Alice also had a sharp wit and a strong devotion to those around her. Her interests included gardening, flower arranging, collecting, reading, and doting on her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents Floyd & Ellen Bradshaw; her eldest daughter Kathy Stahl; her previous husbands, Will Stahl and Harvey Berg; her brother Allen “Sonny” Bradshaw; and sisters, Vivian Parr, Lois Wetzsteon, and Clarice Stahl. She is survived by her sister, Cheryl Patzer; children Jan Stahl and John (Becky) Stahl; grandchildren Gretchen, Geoff, Jenn, Kate, and Curtis; great grandkids Gentry, Nevaeh, Dray, Kenna, Cooper, Jack, Bram, and Lucy; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
A celebration of life will be held July 26, 2025 in Helena, Montana and she will be laid to rest with her daughter, Kathy Stahl, in Avon, Montana. In lieu of flowers, enjoy a night out with your loved ones.
