Eva Esperanza Hernandez-Fordman
February 20, 1990 - January 15, 2022
Eva “Espy” Esperanza Hernandez-Fordman Eva was born February 20, 1990 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Eva is survived by her parents, Socorro Hernandez and Tito Fordman. Siblings Issac, Mario, Neeko, and Essie. Her Hernandez family that includes her grandma Maria, 7 uncles, 6 aunts, 13 cousins and 9 second cousins. And her closest friend Lynn “Ñoño” Wright. Eva was very loved and will be greatly missed by all. She had a heart of gold. She always wanted the best for everyone and was willing to help you out any way she could. Although she was feisty, her generosity, and love were some of her greatest qualities. Eva was the kind of person that if you complimented her on something she had, she would immediately give it to you. If you were ever sad or feeling down, you could talk to Eva and she would make you feel better by making you laugh. She knew how to make you feel better and make you forget how you were feeling, even though she was also struggling. Unfortunately, Eva struggled for a number of years with mental health and physical illnesses. It brings us some comfort to know that she is no longer suffering. We thank Lynn, and everyone that showed her patience, understanding and loved her for who she was. We would like to thank everyone who sent messages, called, provided meals and reached out to the family during this difficult time. We would also like to thank Valley Mental health and all their staff who did their part to help Eva on a daily basis. Eva, we can’t wait for the day until we get the chance to see your beautiful smile again! “the hour is coming in which all of those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out” -John 5: 28,29
